Martial arts is not fighting. It’s literally ART. One uses their body to create art, something elaborate, different, emotional. It’s an extension of ones self. In many ways, when i perform, i feel like I’m making art. But in truth, i actually am.
Tomorrow is the last training session for the 2 week Easter Break well then let’s give it my all :D
Don’t forget to train at home! 2 minutes a day goes a long way.

Obedience to parents and elders
No retreat in battle
In fighting choose with sense and honor

Do you train when it’s a heat wave outside? Do you train when your driveway needs shoveling? Do you train with a headache? Ask yourself - what is preventing you from practicing and is it a worthy excuse to miss class? It’s too easy to find reasons not to train. Instead find reasons to train.
